Sloan Canaday is an independent coach, facilitator, trainer, and consultant specializing in leadership and team development. 

In her 20+ years of corporate experience, she has helped organizations enhance their operations through financial and business analysis, project management, software development, business process outsourcing, and business process engineering. 

Most recently, Sloan was responsible for the communication and talent development efforts of Argo Group’s Global Operations team, including leadership coaching, where she worked one-on-one with Argo leaders across the company to optimize their leadership capability and effectiveness to achieve their best. 

Before Argo, she held Financial Analyst roles for CIGNA Healthcare and WestRock. 

Sloan holds a BBA from James Madison University, an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from George Mason University, and a Certificate in Team Coaching from Corentus. In 2018 she completed The FoCuSeD™ Facilitator Academy. Sloan is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation with 2,300+ hours of coaching experience.
